Analysis of the possibilities for the exchange of energy on a connection point

The Montenegrin Chamber of Economy, the Ministry of Economy and UNDP organized a round table on "Analysis of the possibilities for the exchange of energy on a connection point in Montenegro, current situation and recommendations for improvement of the environment".

The aim of the meeting was to inform the relevant entities about regulatory and legal framework in the field of distributed production, prosumer treatment and to review analysis of the EU legislation.

The project "Development of green business in Montenegro" funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) was presented. The project includes an analysis of "Enabling the integration of small power plants which use renewable energy sources". It identifies the limiting factors for the integration of the small solar power plants with recommendations for their elimination.

The project "Development of green businesses in Montenegro" was presented by UNDP Project Manager Borko Vulikić, while the results of the analysis "Possibilities of energy exchange on a connection point in Montenegro, current situation and recommendations for improvement of the environment" were presented by an independent consultant Dalibor Muratović.
