Cooperation Agreement with the Customs Administration signed


President of the Montenegrin Chamber Vlastimir Golubović and Director of the Customs Administration Vladan Joković signed the Cooperation Agreement in order to strengthen the economic system, propose measures for development and current economic policy and resolve other issues.

Under the Agreement, "the cooperation is related to the improvement of business environment and competition protection, combating the black economy and unfair competition, exchange of information and data on companies, joint research, organizing and participating in seminars, training courses, roundtables, application of ATA and TIR systems, and other delegated public powers (certificate of non-preferential origin of goods, confirmation that the goods are not produced in Montenegro, etc.) and other forms of cooperation of mutual interest".

During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the demands of the business community, which include: improving the functionality of the Free Zone of the Port of Bar, providing full implementation of simplified procedures, the detaining of the goods at the border point, resolution of which is one of the highest priorities of the Western Balkan Six Chamber Investment Forum etc.
