Assembly

The Assembly is the highest authority of the Chamber. The Assembly shall have up to 51 members. 
The members of the Assembly shall be appointed for a period of 4 years and they may be reelected. The Assembly shall appoint from among its members the Chairperson and the Deputy Chairperson of the Assembly.

The members of the Assembly shall be obliged to take into consideration the interests of the economy as a whole when making decisions.
The Assembly of the Chamber shall:
a) pass:
- the Statutes of the Chamber;
- work program of the Chamber;
- annual report on the work of the Chamber;
- financial plan of the Chamber;
- annual account of the Chamber;
- decision on the base, rate, method and deadlines for payment of contributions;
- general acts regulating the organization and the method of operation of the Court of Honor, Standing Arbitration Court and Foreign Trade Arbitration and the procedure in the matters falling under their competence;
- codes, special usages and other rules of conduct;
- Rules of Procedure and Operations of the Assembly;
- other acts of the Chamber, pursuant to the Statutes and the Law.
b) define views and give guidelines for the work of competent bodies of the Chamber in the field of economic growth, economic system and macroeconomic policy, as well as for the improvement of foreign economic relations;
c) appoint members of the Managing Board and the Supervisory Board, the President of the Chamber, vice-presidents of the Chamber and the Secretary General of the Chamber.
