The new sales approach


The seminar entitled "The new sales approach” was organized by the Montenegrin Chamber of Economy in cooperation with the Secretariat for Entrepreneurship.

The lecture was delivered by Ivana Malović, MA in international economics, business trainer, advisor in the field of business and certified consultant.

During the seminar, she presented the communication skills necessary to promote and create superior sale negotiators, practical examples and tools, as well as a series of simple interactive exercises, in order to train participants to communicate more effectively, improve negotiation skills, listen actively and implement the sales process successfully. The development of communication skills, leading to effective negotiations and establishing relations with the negotiator are explained.

Participants learned about the time and manner of asking questions, about listening as the key to the success of sales and the importance of defining and achieving the target by increasing productivity, sales stages.
