E-Health is a strategic sector where a lot needs to be done in order to achieve significant progress. Its development will be beneficial to the entire area, not only to improve public and private health services, but it can also contribute to strengthening innovations and competitiveness of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) operating in the areas of digital technology and traditional health services.

The PHASE project will also provide tools and services useful for SMEs to create and provide new e-health services and win e-health market at cross-border level. The basic idea is to identify, create and develop SMEs community (technological and social companies) operating or willing to operate on the e-health market. Therefore, business partners (chambers of commerce) implement specific activities to create interest among its member companies and promote partnerships at the local and cross-border level.
