Alvarez visited the CEM


During the visit to our country, the economic advisor at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain Mr. Javier Alvarez met with the Vice President of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro Mr. Stanko Zlokovic. On this occasion they discussed the opportunities to improve the business cooperation between the two countries.

Mr. Zlokovic briefed the guest about the role, importance and structure of the Montenegrin chamber system, especially in the field of international relations. As one of the development priorities of our country, he emphasized energy sector, within which the production of solar energy takes an important place. He also stressed the activities on improving infrastructure, highway Bar-Boljare are being carried out. A memorandum on the construction of the Adriatic-Ionian highway was signed, which has a particularly important role for the development of tourism, says the CEM Vice President.

Mr. Alvares has expressed a desire to provide contribution to the strengthening of economic cooperation between Spain and Montenegro.  The interlocutors have agreed that the interest of companies of both countries in establishing partnerships needs to be stimulated, which would be contributed by signing agreements on cooperation between the chambers of Montenegro and Spain.
