Belarus state delegation at the CEM

The Vice President of the Montenegrin Chamber Ivan Saveljić met with the representatives of the Belarus state delegation: Yevgeny Vorobiev, the Deputy Head of the Directorate for Europe and North America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Valerij Briljov, the non-resident Ambassador to Montenegro and Mikhail Kazura, a counselor at the Embassy.

They discussed the development of the economic and trade cooperation and possibilities for its further improvement. The interlocutors agreed that the two countries have high-quality political relations and friendship as basic prerequisites for the development of the economic cooperation. Now it is necessary to work on achieving direct contacts between the chambers of commerce and business communities of the two countries. Cooperation can be achieved in a number of areas, one of them is tourism. For ten months last year 27.804 tourists from Belarus visited Montenegro, who account for almost 215 thousand overnights.

The visit of the state-economic delegation of Montenegro to Belarus and a business forum are planned for this year.
